HOW TO MAKE HITS WITH US:

We offer unique classes and critique circles in order to discover and develop local talent. Come make new friends, improve your skills, and make some hit songs with us! Serious about success? So are we! Join us!

1) Schedule a FREE CONSULT (optional, but recommended)

2) Take one or more of our classes (optional, but recommended)

3) Attend one or more of our critique circles (this is how we discover you)

4) Keep attending critique circles, attending classes, and improving your skills

5) Wait for an invitation to join our private artist-centered writing and production circles

The Key: The best singers, writers, and producers will be invited to join our private artist-centered writing and production circles for the purpose of creating hit* songs and recordings. We have developed an effective, efficient, and enjoyable process that includes a self-improvement feedback loop to ensure ever-better results. This process is the result of actual human intelligence, but AI (artificial intelligence) will be used if/when helpful.

*Commercial success is never guaranteed; but we know some secrets, have a plan, and believe in our ability to succeed. And remember, it only takes one hit song to get the ball rolling; especially if you are prepared for it.

SONGWRITING CLASS: LEVEL 1 (Fast Track to Modern Songwriting)

If you are a songwriter seeking commercial success, this class was designed for you! Learn how to write songs with modern methods and tools! Plus pro tips! No "feel good" fluff!

This class will be held on a Saturday from 9am until 4pm at a comfortable location in Caldwell (Idaho). Lunch break from 12-1pm. Class will be scheduled when there are 4 interested students. Limited to 8 students. $149

SONG CRITIQUE CIRCLE

If you are songwriter seeking commercial success, you are invited to bring one of your songs to our monthly Song Critique Circle. It is held on the Tuesday immediately following the first Monday of every month from 7-9pm at a comfortable location in Caldwell and is a fantastic way to strengthen your songwriting skills and your friendships with other songwriters! Limited to 8 people. Registration required!

HOW TO PREPARE AND WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring 8 printed lyrics sheets and ONE* song as either a standard (16bit) WAV file or MP3 file on a standard USB memory stick (USB thumb drive). Alternatively, you can bring your own battery powered audio player as long as it has a standard 1/8" or 1/4" headphone output so that we can connect it to our audio system. Also, we do have a CD player and cassette player if you prefer old school media. PLEASE DO *NOT* BRING ANY INSTRUMENTS!

CIRCLE AGENDA:

This event will begin with an extremely brief explanation of how the event will flow. Then 120 minutes will be divided by the number of songwriters present and that number of minutes will be the amount of time that each songwriter has to present their song and receive feedback from myself and other songwriters. Since there will never be more than 8 people (and very often less) in a circle, the minimum amount of time per songwriter will be 15 minutes. This is plenty of time to critique your song and you will also learn from others' songs. Any remaining time will be used for general Q&A and socializing!

SPECIAL NOTES:

This event is designed for Songwriters who are serious about their craft and are wanting extremely candid and genuinely valuable feedback and suggestions. If you don't want to receive (and offer) truth; this is not the event for you. That said, you do NOT have to bring a song to participate!
