All healing is self-healing. Healers merely facilitate the process, which is still a very important role.
At its core, spiritual healing is very simply a matter of releasing pain (relates to one's memory of the past) and fear (relates to one's imagination of the future), which are often referred to as "energy blocks" (aka "emotional baggage"). In practice, there are an infinity of ways to facilitate spiritual healing; but, in my experience, talking about it (pain and fear) again and again and again in a vain attempt to finally understand it enough to make it go away forever is not one of them. This approach only feeds the problem!
Instead, for spiritual healing to be truly effective, pain and fear must be strategically unmasked, identified, acknowledged, accepted, forgiven (if necessary), and finally released forever.
In my practice, I use many different healing modalities. In fact, I am often inspired to create new techniques in the moment as they are needed for particular situations. Every person and every situation is unique and may require a very unique healing experience.
That being said, some of my favorite healing modalities are NLP, Hypnosis, EFT, Reiki, Energy Work, Guided Meditation, Interpersonal Meditation, Solitary Meditation, and spontaneous combinations and variations of these. And, of course, love, authentic unconditional love, is essential!
