Soren created Death Rattle Records (no longer active) for the release of his own records; but he had originally hoped to add other similiar artists to the roster.

He chose the name "Death Rattle Records" in order to draw attention to the potentially fatal consequences of popular religion, government, and business. "Death Rattle" recordings are the sound of living within an unhealthy paradigm while pointing the way to a better world.
